PARTY WOOO!! LET'S GET DRUNK!

[Ravi Malone]

Ravi was angrily bumping around the party trying to find a way out. Between being pissed off beyond all hell and being drunk he couldn't navigate the house of the life of him. People were starting to notice him and laugh. This didn't help his situation or his mood. After angrily screaming for them to shut the fuck up he stormed off to another part of the house to look for an exit. He finally found what seemed to be a back door, but when he tried to open it it was locked. He slammed his fist angrily on the door and screamed out a stream of cursed in frustration. He rested his head against the door in defeat. After he took some time to take a few deep breaths he'd try to find another way out of the house.

Tobias didn't have nearly as much to drink as Ravi had, and so he was doing better when it came to basic motor skills. That was a relief for him as he set off down the halls, practically jogging after his friend. He didn't know his way around and Ravi could have ended up anywhere. Toby needed to be able to cover as much ground as he could as quickly as he could.

He was dimly aware of Kyan following him, but didn't stop. If he did, then he was afraid he would change his mind and try and take the easy way out of the night by just going back with Kyan. No, he was committed now, and he had to try and talk some sense into Ravi.

He found him slumped against a door, so close and yet so far from his escape as he didn't seem to be able to unlock it.

"Ravi," he said, glad to have caught up with him while he was still inside. "Come on, man, stop running. Listen, you can't go out like this. You're not yourself! Do you want me to make you some coffee or something? Sober you up a little?" he didn't want to come right out and tell him not to go to Babylon, so he thought that if he stalled or sobered him up perhaps he'd be easier to talk to.

Kyan caught up with them and saw Ravi sitting on the floor. He couldn't get out which was funny and lucky for them.

"Coffee is good," Kyan said.

Although, truth be told, plain water and food were the best ways to sober up.

Ravi kept his head on the door while he heard Toby's voice behind him. Coffee? Fucking coffee? This was the best he could do? Offer him some fucking coffee!

"Coffee?" said Ravi quietly with his forehead on the door. He turned around slowly to face Toby and Kyan. "NO I DON'T WANT ANY FUCKING COFFEE! I never liked fucking coffee! Want I want is to go get fucked at Babylon! I'm sure a nice hard dick in me will sober me up just fine! If you want to help me you can kick this door open so I can be on my merry whiny little fagot way!" By now his throat was hurting from all the yelling, but his anger had numbed him to it.

Tobias was rather unnerved by the fact that the door was only locked, and Ravi couldn't see that - nor did he have the common sense to look for a lock.

"Ravi-" he started, shaking his head slowly. "The door's only locked... not bolted into the house or anything."

This wasn't going well at all. "Fine, you don't like coffee. Want to go to the diner or something? Get some food? Or," he added, looking around. "I'm sure this guy's kitchen has some good food we could eat."

Tobias was looking for anything that would stall his friend from going out and doing something stupid. Anything at all.

"I'm- not- hungry." he said through grinding teeth. His hands were clenched it to fist and he could feel his nails digging into the palms of his hands. Didn't Toby get it? The only thing he wanted right not was to go to Babylon and get fucked!

"Don't want anything!"he cried "I just want you two to leave me alone! I ran away for a reason you know! GO AWAY!! JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!"

He turned around and began tugging furiously at the door handle. Why the fuck wouldn't the stupid door open! Oh. . . locker. . . riiiiight. He turned the lock so the door was open and went out into the back yard. There were more kids out there drinking and people were in the pool. . . in the middle of October. . . Oh well Who fucking cared! Ravi was more concern about finding a way out of the fenced in backyard!

This was Tobias's last shot. He promised himself that if Ravi didn't come to his senses this time, then he was just going to let him go. After all, he wasn't here to babysit Ravi, and if he didn't want to just sit this whole thing out then who was he to force him to stay? Sure, he was trying to look out for his friend, but you can't help anybody who can't help themself.

Tobias took a few large strides to where Ravi was standing in the back yard and grabbed him roughly by the arm, swinging him around with enough force to knock him to the ground in his drunken state (it's up to you if he does or not).

"Last chance, Ravi. Please, for me, just stay here. Or go home. Promise me you'll just go home and sleep this off. You don't want to ruin the rest of your life because you did something stupid in a fit of rage. A drunken mistake that you'll never forgive yourself for for the rest of your life."

Tobias looked at his friend with pleading eyes. He didn't want to feel responsible for anything Ravi did because of Toby's little make-out session.

Ravi had been looking for a way out of the back yard when someone grabbed his arm and swung him to the ground. When he landed on his side all he could do was just lay there, eyes wide, and breathing heavily out of shock. He rolled over to see who had done and say Toby standing there. All Ravi could so was stare up at Toby with his mouth slightly opened. He could believe Toby had just done that! Toby had actually grabbed Ravi and thrown him to the ground. Well, it had gotten his attention anyway.

"Why the fuck should I do anything for you?!" he cried savagely, his voice hoarse from all the yelling he had done already. He wanted to get up and run away, but he just didn't think he had the strength anymore. He hated Toby for trying to quilt him into "sensible" behaver when, quite frankly, he was being just as bad. Trying to hook up with Kyan in the bathroom, how was that any better than doing it at Babylon? Toby was drunk too, not as much as Ravi, but drunk none the less, so who was he to talk about regretful behavior?

It was true that Tobias was a little drunk himself, but he had sobered up pretty quickly when he'd been caught in the bathroom with Kyan. He was sober enough to realize what he was doing. He knew Kyan, he was at least on speaking terms with him, and in his mind it wasn't even comparable to what Ravi was doing. After all, being with someone you know, even if it is just a fling, is a lot smarter than some random guy at a club. It just wasn't safe.

Toby knew all of this, but he couldn't figure out a way to say it to Ravi so that he would agree.

"Because as pissed off as you are at me, you know I'm still your friend, that I'm still looking out for you, and that I'm right. You don't have to admit it, but deep down... you know." Toby shrugged. "You don't have to listen to me. You can go ruin your life, and resent me forever. I don't care anymore. This isn't worth it if you aren't going to listen."

Stupid Toby, trying to be all wise and shit after what he'd done! Trying to act like a fucking friend! Trying to make everything better so every time could be all fucking sunshine and lemon drops! Well, it wasn't! Ravi was pissed and he was sick of being spoken to like some fucking child! Especially after being violently thrown to the ground. The more Toby told him not to do something the more he wanted to do it. Not so much in resentment or spite of Toby, well a little, but more for Ravi to prove a point to himself that he wasn't a pussy and he could get laid as much as the next guy.

Ravi didn't quite know what to do now, though. Maybe Toby was right; he shouldn't go do something stupid just because he was pissed, but at the same time he really wanted to. No, he desperately wanted to. He was looking around for an exit when he spotted the gate in the fence that led to the front yard and freedom from Toby's stupid lecture.

"I'LL DO WHAT I FUCKING WANT!" exclaimed Ravi, picking himself up, running outside the gate and out of sight.

Tobias thought he was getting through to Ravi. He watched as his expression changed, and for a few moments he could have sworn that Ravi was actually thinking over what he had said. Toby waited, hoping that Ravi was going to stay (or at least go home), but that wasn't how things ended up. Damn.

As Ravi got up and ran out (unless he was already up, in which case he just ran out!), Toby just stood there. He didn't call out to Ravi, he didn't reach out to stop him, and he did not lift a single foot to chase after him. He had done his best, and what happened now as out of his hands.

Tobias turned, defeated, back to where Kyan had stopped following them around, and gave him a half-hearted smile as he shrugged his shoulders.

"Well, at least I can say I tried."

"Dumbass," Kyan muttered as Ravi ran out of the fence screaming at Toby like he was 5.

When Toby came back to him, he draped an arm around his shoulder and pat his back lightly.

"You tried your best, but Ravi's determined to make an ass of himself tonight," he said reassuringly. "And just rememebr he's drunk, so don't let any of the things he's said get to you. (Theres's a pause in here) Do you want to go back inside?"

Even though he was still worried about Ravi, he found Kyan's words comforting none the less. After all, it wasn't his fault that Ravi had to be obsessive, nor was it his fault that Ravi was extremely drunk and, as Kyan so eloquently put it, 'determined to make an ass of himself'.

"I guess you're right," he said, nodding slowly. "Thanks."

Kyan then asked him if he wanted to go back inside. He wasn't so sure anymore. Back inside was most likely code for back to the bathroom, or at least continuing where they had left off. It had been fun in the heat of the moment, but looking back he was practically as bad as Ravi. Did he really want his first time to be with someone who really didn't care about him? Would that be almost as bad as some random guy at Babylon?

"I guess so," Toby agreed, candidly, since nothing had been mentioned about the other stuff. "I need another drink."

Kyan laughed off the past few minutes., as he went back inside with Toby.

"I think we could both use a drink after that," he said.

He got this feeling that Toby was now anxious about what lay ahead of him that evening. He wanted nothing more than to go back into the bathroom or perhaps and unoccupied bedroom and corrupt him. God, he could already picture his smooth skin and tight ass. Of course it would be tight, he was an athlete.

He grabbed two beers out of the fridge and handed one to Toby. He used the flat of his palm to unscrew the lid: the picturers on the underside spelled out 'ride 'em cowboy' and he laughed inwardly. He took a large gulp and glanced over at Toby.

"So I'm guessing you don't want to fuck?" he asked.

Tobias was glad that Kyan wanted to get a drink as well. Then again, perhaps he shouldn't be drinking any more. After all, it was drinking that had started all of this. Maybe his parents were right; nothing good came from drinking. His judgement had been clouded, which was why he had kissed Ravi and come out in the first place. He hadn't been thinking back in the bathroom either; he should have known better than to do anything with Kyan. But he was so hot... it was hard not to want to do anything.

"I think it might be best if I just go home," Tobias said, not able to make eye contact with Kyan. He felt kind of bad for turning him down. "I think I've done enough damage for one night." That said, he turned and started to head towards the front door.

"Well, this is odd," Kyan said. "No one's ever said no to sex with me before."

He wasn't sure how to react in this sort of situation. He took another swig of beer and set it down on the counter. He would have Toby though, just perhaps not tonight. He walked up to the boy wh seemed to be walking away. He turned him around and gave him a rough kiss on the lips, offering a seductive little smirk as he turned to leave.

"You have a good night," he said, walking away.

Tobias tried not to look back. He was afraid that if he did, he would end up staying and doing something he might regret later. It was time he learned to take his own advice sometimes. He was only a few steps away when he felt a hand on him, turning him around. He knew it was Kyan even before he saw him.

Before he knew what was happening, Kyan was giving him a rather rough kiss. Tobias kissed back, acting on impulse, and was rather sad to have him pull away. He knew it was for the best, however.

"Yeah... you too," Tobias replied, obviously distracted as he left the party.

Kyan walked back over to Desmond and that cute guy Garrett. He didn't find himself lusting after him quite as forceably as before. . .he closed his eyes a second and pictured Toby lying on the bed. . . .and shook his head. He pointed at Desmond slowly, perhaps he was more intoxicaqted than he had previously imagined.

"Your cousin just ran off to Babylon. He's dead set on losing his V-card tonight. Toby and I tried to stop him, but he kept cursing at us and just up and left," he told him. "We really did try. . .especially Toby."

[Desmond Giuseppe]

"Wait what?" said Desmond. He'd heard what Kyan had said, but it didn't quite sink in. He'd been doing a lot of drinking so his comprehension level wasn't what it was earlier that evening. He blinked and few times up at Kyan, whom Desmond just noticed was extremely hot, and frowned. "Wait, what about Ravi? V card? Cursing? Babylon? Huh?" he said with his eyes half closed. Ravi never cursed and he certainly never went to Babylon by himself.

"Ravi went off to Babylon to get laid," he said. "Toby and I tried to stop him, but he wouldn't listen to us. I just thought I'd tell you."

[Desmond Giuseppe]

"Well it's about damn time!" said Desmond, holding up his beer as if toasting his cousin. The kid needed to get laid more than anyone Desmond knew. Hopefully some guy at Babylon would be able to fuck the squirrlyness out of him. Desmond chugged the rest of his beer and tried to stand up, but just feel right back down. Had he been sober he might be a little worried about Ravi, but right now he was far too drunk to care. "Hold the phone!" he pointed at Kyan, "Why aren't you at Babylon getting laid? That's your 'thing' right?"

Kyan glanced over at Desmond in an exasperated way. He'd better not be starting up where his cousin left off.

"It's my night off," he said. "I don't feel like spending it at my work place. And getting laid at Babylon is not my thing. . . . .there are plenty of other places I get laid."

[Desmond Giuseppe]

Desmond giggled. "Nothing wrong with a change of scenery!" he said, throwing his arms up in the air. He was always a very happy drunk, there was very little that could destroy his mood when he got like this. "Me personally, sleeping around is not my think, but, hey, to each his own! Right? I make no judgments based on your lifestyle!" Desmond pointed to himself and shook his head, "If you want to fuck around I saw go for it! It's your life." He leaned forward and patted Kyan's arm. "You just have to remember to be you! You is all you can be!" Desmond tended to get drunkenly philosophical at times. "If you weren't you, then who would you be? Nothing! You'd be nothing and that's the truth." He sat back and crossed his arms with a serious look on his face like he'd just given Kyan the most valuable piece of advise ever.

Kyan wasn't quite sure what to sya in response to Desmond. He seemed to think what he'd just said was very important, but Kyan wasn't nearly drunk enough to think what he'd said held meaning for him.

"I'll take your word for it," he said with a slight slur.

[Desmond Giuseppe]

"Word." said Desmond holding up a fist before slumping down so far in the arm chair his ass was almost hanging off the edge of the seat cushion. "Heeeey," said Desmond thinking of something, "Where'd that hot guy go? You know, the one that kissed Ravi." Desmond looked around to see if he was hiding.
