Kyan walked down the hall to where he knew Ravi's locker was. It was the end of the day, so he figured he'd have to come and get his shit. This kid needed a reality check, and Kyan was just the guy to do it.

It was the end of the day so naturally Ravi had to go to his locker to drop off some stuff and pick up some stuff. When he rounded the corner to go to the hall way where is locker was he saw Kyan standing a couple of feet away from Ravi's locker. Was Kyan waiting for him or something? For a moment Ravi went into this imaginary dream world where he thought Kyan was waiting for him so he could ask him to the dance. Of course that couldn't be it and Ravi's hopes were quickly crushed.
As he walked toward his locker he did his best to avoid eye contact with Kyan. He was still pretty shy around him and he knew he had to be blushing slightly. He stopped and his locker and dropped his books on the floor and began to twist his combination into the lock.
"Um hi, Kyan." he said, turning his head slightly to look at him.

Kyan gave flashed a humourless grin at Ravi. He crossed his arms and raised an eyebrow at him. He was going to try to be mature about this, but he just couldn't bring himself to it right now. Which was odd because he always kept a cool head. He'd think about the implications of that later though.
"Hey," he said evenly. "So I have to know. What gives you the right?" He paused and took a deep breath. He wanted to say and do so much. Like knock some sense into Ravi. .. literally at this point.
"You don't have any ownership rights to me, so what gives you the right to show up at Toby's hows and bitch him out?" he asked.

Ravi's jar dropped and he froze; he could handle dishing out confrontations some times, but getting them was a different story. How did Kyan know about that?! Well, obviously Toby told him, but Ravi didn't expect Toby to go whining to Kyan about it. Kyan wasn't too happy about it at all and Ravi didn't want Kyan to be mad at him! All Ravi wanted to do was stand up for himself for once!
"I-I-I-I-I-I-I" he stammered nervously, "I-I don't think I-I have any ownership right to you! I-I- Toby was m-my friend a-and it just wasn't right for him to d-d-do that!"
He hadn't talk to Toby or even acknowledged his existance since the other day when Ravi yelled at him. Even when he was force to cashier was have Toby as his bagger at work he ignored him.

"Toby didn't do anything!"Kyan said angrily. "I did! And that gives yo the right to find him and bitch. I hope it felt good because thanks to you, he doesn't have a home anymore. So congratulations."

All Ravi could do for a moment was silently flap his jaw. Toby didn't have a home now because of him? That couldn't be true, Kyan was lying to him to make him feel bad. How could it be Ravi's fault? He just didn't understand!
"W-w-w-what to do mean?" he asked some what hysterically, "What do you mean Toby doesn't have a home anymore?"

Kyan didn't care that Ravi seemed shaken by his words. In his mind, he felt that Ravi needed to understand that there were consequences for his rash and uncalled for actions.
"I think It's pretty self-explanatory," he commented. "You made an ass of yourself, Toby's parent's heard you little tirade and here I am because Toby wouldn't tell you himself."

Toby had gotten kicked out of his house and it was all Ravi's fault! All he could do was stand there with his mouth slightly open and his eyes steadily beginning to fill with tears. He felt like the worlds biggest asshole! He just wanted to stand up for himself for once and look what happened! Toby must hate him! Sure, he had been ignoring Toby for the past couple of days, but he had slowly become tired of it and was actually starting to miss Toby. Now he just felt like shit! One his crushed had gotten kick out of his house because of him and the other hated him for doing it. Why did Ravi's life had to suck so much all the time?! Why couldn't one fucking thing go right.
"I-I-I didn't mean to!" he said tearfully.

Tobias was walking down the hallway to leave school. His locker was right around the corner from Ravi's, and so he passed by him every day on his way out of the building. Today was no different, and so as he grabbed his books, placed them inside of his backpack, and started off down the hall, he expected to pass by Ravi without acknowledging him as he'd been doing for the past few days.
What he saw, however, was Ravi standing there, practically crying, with Kyan next to him. It didn’t take Toby long to figure out what was going on. He’d made the mistake of telling Kyan about his current housing situation, and Kyan had confronted Ravi. Shit. He didn’t want Ravi to know about that or else he would’ve told him. No, he didn’t blame Ravi, how could he? He’d been a horrible friend to him, and deserved what he got.
“Shit, Kyan! You weren’t supposed to tell him, I didn’t want him to know!” Toby said, unable to just walk by the two as if he hadn’t seen or heard anything. “He didn’t mean for this to happen.” Tobias couldn’t believe that after everything that had happened, after all the shit Ravi had said about him, that he was standing up for him. Maybe it was partially due to the fact that he was crying and just looked so damn weak and defenseless. “Just leave him alone, alright?” he said, turning to leave again. He doubted either of them wanted to talk to him just now, least of all Ravi, who still hated him.

Now Toby was defending him?! He felt like even more of an asshole then before! Suddenly he burst into the worst, most uncontrollable sobs he'd ever had in his life. Between Kyan yelling at, what he'd done to Toby, and Toby still being nice to him he felt like complete and total shit. He quickly turn and ran past Toby, forgetting his books in front of his locker, and ran home crying the whole way.

Kyan was more than a little upset when Toby came and told him to knock it off. He wasn't doing this just for Toby, although that was what had initiated all of it. Before he could get a word in edgewise, Ravi ran away. . .crying again. Go figure. . . He didn't try to stop Ravi at this point, he just watched him leave and then Toby turned to leave as well.
"Listen," he said, putting an arm on his shoulder, and turning him around to face him. "I'm sorry you didn't want him to know. I just. . .he needs to understand that what he does affects other people. And this isn't just about you all right? He needs to find someone else to obsess over."
He paused and sighed. Yeah, that deffinitely sounded more pompous than he had intended.
"It's kind of nice in a way, but I'm not the kind of perosn a kid like him wants to be with. It's just the truth. He needs to find someone else, someone who won't fuck around, someone with a conscience, someone who can express things. In other words . . . someone who isn't me. And it's getting to a point where he's trying to interfere with my life. . .well, moreso your life. . .and that isn't fair to you. I'm just trying to get through to him. . ."
He felt riddiculous saying all these things to Toby of all people. In fact the more he thought about it, the more he realized Toby was so much closer to the kind of guy Ravi needed to find. If he didn't want him so badly, he might suggest this to Toby. Perhaps it was a selfish thought. . .
"I've never been any good with these kinds of things," he said with a helpless sigh, at length.

Toby had just been trying to help, but all that ended up happening was Ravi running away from him, crying yet again.
"Why is it that every time I get near him he starts to bawl?" Tobias asked Kyan, the question obviously rhetorical.
"I'm sorry you didn't want him to know. I just. . .he needs to understand that what he does affects other people. And this isn't just about you all right? He needs to find someone else to obsess over."
Tobias knew that Kyan was right. He supposed that this went well beyond Ravi's little scene at his house the other day. After all, this whole thing had started because of Ravi's uber-crush on Kyan, and that was at the heart of all of these problems.
"It's kind of nice in a way, but I'm not the kind of perosn a kid like him wants to be with. It's just the truth. "I wouldn't know," Tobias admitted. He'd never had a stalker, or someone who pined after him as much as Ravi did with Kyan. "But it seems like it's more trouble than it's worth," he added quickly. "I dare say you got through to him this time."
"I've never been any good with these kinds of things,"
"It's okay," Tobias said, smirking slightly. "That's just part of your charm."

"Why is it that every time I get near him he starts to bawl?" Tobias asked Kyan, the question obviously rhetorical.
"Yeah, that seems to happen a lot when one of us gets near him," he commented.
It was true, too. Everytime he'd seen Ravi lately he'd burst into tears and run away. He cried an awful lot for being a teenage boy.
"It's okay," Tobias said, smirking slightly. "That's just part of your charm."
"Oh really?" Kyan said, smirking. "You should see some of my other charms sometime."
He just couldn't resist saying these kinds of things around Toyb: he was so innocent in the queer aspect, and it was mostly just in his nature to be coy and suggestive.

Realizing he was a dumb ass and left his books in the hall way, Ravi ran back into the school to his locker. "I forgot my stuff!" he told Kyan and Toby tearfully before scooping his stuff up and running down the hall way.

"Yeah, that seems to happen a lot when one of us gets near him,"
Tobias opened his mouth to speak when Ravi came up again to grab his books. "Ravi-" he started, but it was no use because he was already off in the other direction. Toby sighed. "It's almost not worth it any more, but the poor kid is going to have negative self-esteem by the end of this," Toby pointed out, feeling at least partially responsible. After all, Ravi had confided in him about his crush on Kyan, and what had he done? Made out with him, twice.
"Oh really?" Kyan said, smirking. "You should see some of my other charms sometime."
Toby laughed a little at this, distracting himself from thinking about what a horrible friend he was. It seems like every time Kyan opened his mouth all that could come out was another innuendo.
"Well, we'll just have to wait and see about that," he said elusively. Staying over at Kyan's house was going to be a challenge for him. Of course he was attracted to him, that much was obvious by now, but he didn't want to do anything stupid based on a whim. It was obvious that Kyan wasn't the type to get emotionally attached, but Toby didn't know if he would be, and that could cause all sorts of problems. How long could he resist these innuendos and temptations living with him? Oh dear...
"Well, I guess I should get going... I work until seven," he said. "And... I guess I'll see you then?" It felt so weird to be going back to Kyan's place. "Or should I call first?"
((ooc- I don't know who's more awkward, Toby or me!))

"Do you even know where I live?" Kyan asked with a little grin.
Without waiting for an answer he pulle out asheet of paper with directions to his house written out on them. Ah. . .the things he did when he should be paying attention in Behavioral Studies.
"Here. Yeah just give me a call if you get lost, otherwise, just show up," he said. "Have fun at work."
And saying that, he gave him a quick kiss on the lips, gave a small wave and turned to leave down the hallway.

Toby realized that no, he didn't know where Kyan lived. That could have proved to be a slight problem when it came to actually going to Kyan's house after work. Luckilly, one of the two as able to think clearly, and Kyan had already written down directions.
"Thanks," he said, looking them over. It seemed easy enough. "I will."
Then Kyan kissed him goodbye. On the lips. Toby hadn't been expecting that, but it wasn't unwelcome. He smiled and waved back as Kyan turned to go down the hallway, leaving Toby standing there momentarily to regain his composure before heading for work.
