[Zeke Nayakan]

Zeke entered the classroom prepared for anything. He was prepared for intolerant people to come in and yell things, he was ready for both homosexuals to come as well as heterosexuals, and he was ready for nobody to show up at all. He had prepared himself for every possible situation that may occur by this first meeting of the Gay Straight Alliance, and as he set up the room for the meeting he knew that the only thing left to do was wait.

[Viola Hastings]

Viola came into the GSA movie with a disgruntled Kyan. Se looked exasperated but grinned at the Zeke who was already there. God, he was gorgeous. She had a soft spot for Asian men, but as fate would have it the boy was gay.

"Hello," she said. "I've brought a new member."

[Kyan Walker]

Kyan flashed a simpering smile at Viola. He didn't do organizations, but she whined and nagegd and berate dhim for not stadning up for his community and the only thing that would shut her up was going to the meeting.

He smiled and waved at Zeke though. He ws pretty cute, so the day wasn't a total waste.

[Ravi Malone]

Ravi walked into GSA and the first thing he saw was Kyan. He blushed and quickly took a seat near the back. He honestly hadn't expected Kyan to be into something like GSA, but he should have known Viola would drag him along. Now Kyan was probably going to think he was stalking him, Ravi groaned.

[Kyan Walker]

Kyan looked up someone groaned. It was Ravi. He was starting to get worried that this kid was following him around, but he liked thekid as a friend, so he waved at him.

"Do we intimidate you, young one?" he asked.

[Ravi Malone]

"Huh?" said Ravi a little shocked that Kyan would actually talk to him. "Oh, no, I just, I dunno." Ravi blushed at his awkwardness.

[Zeke Nayakan]

Zeke was glad that there were at least three other students there so far. He hoped for more to come, and as even more pleased by the fact that everyone who was there seemed to get along. He couldn't stand it when clubs got together with members who had personal issues with each other. Nothing would ever get done that way.

"Good work, Viola!" Zeke said, smiling at Kyan. "Welcome." He watched Ravi come in and gave a greeting to the younger student as well.

[Viola Hastings]

Viola jokingly gave an unmodest half bow.

"I do what I can," she said.

[Tobias Vaughn]

Tobias took a deep breath, standing outside the room on the other side of the hallway. He was listening to the conversation that was taking place inside, and realized that he knew the students who were already there. This wasn't a good idea. But, it was a gay-straight alliance, right? So straight people would be attending as well. Of course, he wasn't straight, but nobody else knew that. Not a single person. So, if he went in, he could always just claim to be the straight part of the group. Would that work? He was a big jock, on the wrestling team and all. He couldn't wrestle if there were rumors of him being gay because of this damn meeting! This was a bad idea...

Paul was very excited about joining GSA; he's never been in any school clubs before. When he walked in the first person he saw was his friend Kyan. "Hi Kyan!" said Paul as he went over and took a seat next to him. "I didn't know you were in this club! I heard about on the announcements yesterday and it sounded really cool so I decided to come. Look! My mom let me get my upper ear pierced yesterday!" He turned his head so that Kyan could see his cool new piercing on his left ear. "I wanted a tattoo, but she said not till I'm at least seventeen cause that's when she let all me brothers get tattoos so it was only fair."

"Nice," he asaid looking at the earring. "Too bad about the tattoos though. Well taht's only what a year. . .two years away for you, it's not so bad."

[Zeke Nayakan]

"Welcome," Zeke said to Paul. "Get comfortable, and we'll be starting soon."

He had been looking out the door as Paul came it and he saw that Toby, another Senior, was standing outside looking rather shifty. Zeke eyed him up before turning to Viola. He made sure that they were out of sight of the door.

"Hey... d'you think Toby's trouble?" He didn't know him very well, but he had never seemed like the type to start something. Still, he was the captain of the wrestling team, and one of the school's big sports heroes. He couldn't really want to be there for the club... that would kill his reputation!

[Viola Hastings]

Viola glanced towards the door and saw through the window on the side that Toby was indeed standing outside in the hall way. Being very into sports herself, Viola knew who Toby was. He was a good kid, and not bad looking, but she didn't think he would be trying to casue trouble for them.

"I doubt it," she replied. "Hang on, I'll go see what's up."

She got up, went out into the hallway and looked both ways for no particular reason. Just the way Toby was standing made her feel like she should be cautious.

"Hey," she said. "Are you okay? You're worrying Zeke, just standing out here like this. . . . Did you wan to come in or something?"

[Zeke Nayakan]

Zeke nodded. "Same here. Just to be on the safe side, though..."

Zeke was also in charge of making sure the club didn't get into any trouble. That included stopping things before they started, if the situation arose.. He watched as Viola went into the hallway, and heard his name mentioned. He didn't want to get on Toby's bad side, but he had to have all his bases covered.

[Tobias Vaughn]

Tobias almost thought of starting a fight or something, just to have an excuse to be there. If anyone he knew walked by, then he would be in some serious trouble. This was his senior year! He'd made it through this far, and the last thing he wanted was for a rumor to start that he was gay.

"What?" he asked, distractedly. It was Viola. "Oh... yeah, I'm fine."

Toby realized that he must've looked pretty shady, standing there, arms folded, right outside of the GSA meeting. He almost turned to leave, as though he just happened to be standing there for the past few minutes, until Viola asked him if he wanted to come in. He was torn.

"Well, you see, I didn't really intend on..." he started, unsure of what to say. It was obvious that he was having a mental arguement with himself, and he didn't even think about mentioning to anyone that he was gay. This was awkward.

[Viola Hastings]

"Listen, if you want to come in," she said. "But you're worried about people thinking you're gay. Don't worry about it. I'm straight and I'm in GSA."

"Yeah!" said Paul, "I want to get piano keys around my wrist! I also want to get my nose pierced and another piercing on the other side of my lip, and I want to get my tongue pierced, but I can't.

[Tobias Vaughn]

Toby nodded, realizing that if he left now he would probably just look like an asshole. Not that he didn't already, but, well...

"I didn't mean it like that," he clarified, not wanting to offend her. "But with the wrestling and all, I'd hate to lose the guy's respect." It was just then that he realized that if he didn't just see what the whole meeting thing was about then he'd never be able to respect himself. "Sure, I'll come in. For a little while. I have to work this afternoon." He didn't have to work until way after the meeting was over, but he didn't mention that. This way, he had an excuse to leave if he felt the need to.

[Viola Hastings]

"Yeah wouldn't want a bunch of guys rolling around on the floor in spandex to worry about a GSA meeting," she said witha laugh and then clamped her hadns over her mouth. "Sorry sometimes I forget who I'm talking to. I didn't want to sound mean. . .I yeah you should just go in and sit on the opposite side of the room from me. Just leave whenever you have to."

[Kyan Walker]

"They won't let you get those either?" he asked. "That does suck."

Kyan had four piercings: all consented to by his parents. They really didn't care what he did so long as ti made him happy. He had one stud on his left ear, two on his right and an eyebrowring on his right brow.

[Ravi Malone]

Ravi looked jealously over at Kyan and Paul. He wished he could be confident enough to just walk over to Kyan and talk to him like Paul did. Kyan seemed to really like Paul. . . he couldn't like him like him, could he? Ravi was probably just being paranoid, but still. . . . He quickly shook his head and tried not to look over at Paul and Kyan.

[Tobias Vaughn]

Toby winced a little. Viola's response was exactly what he'd been afraid of, but it was too late now. He could still try to play the straight kid... it shouldn't be too difficult, right?

"That's cool. I don't mind, you're just being honest. I was afraid of that a little myself. No big deal." Tobias thought that Viola was nice, so he didn't want for her to stay away from. She might be the closest thing he had to a friend in this club!

Tobias slowly entered the room, waving at the people inside a little before silently taking a seat near the back. He felt very, very, very out of place.

"Yeah, but, I guess it's all for the best because if I get it done, then have a seizure I could choke on it and die." said Paul off hand with a shrug. "Maybe I'll just get my belly button pierced instead, what do you think?" Kyan seemed to be the resident expert on Tattoos and piercings.

"Oh good," she said, walking into class with him. He took a seat near the back a looked ver out of place in here.

"You can come sit by us, if you want," she said quitey so as not to embarrass him.

[Zeke Nayakan]

Zeke saw Toby come inside the room, not really making any eye contact with anybody. He almost seemed embarassed to be here. Why was he here? Zeke wanted to ask him, but he didn't. That would turn people away from the club, if he played 20 questions with everybody who walked in. Being nosy had no place here, especially for the President of the GSA.

"Welcome," he said to Toby, smiling. Perhaps Viola wouldn't be the only straight person to show after all. It would be nice for one of the popular jocks of the school to support the club... it might make others more tolerable.
