He had to comment when the conversation turned to hair. He then turned to Brooke. "To answer you question my dear, dear Brooke, I concur with Garrett; we do indeed come to the diner after every football game."

"Well, some of us are not lucky enough to be born emo," she said jokingly, before learning that they did eat here after every game, pretty much.
"That's cool," Brooke said, wondering why she hadn't heard about these cool diner gatherings. Then she remembered; she was a cheerleader. She had her afterparties, with the drinking and the music and the promiscuous girls. Right. She was glad for the change; this was a lot better than how she used to spend her time. Meeting Tadhg may have been the best thing to happen to her in a long while.
