The First Football Game!!!

And then the game began and blahdy blah.

"Not exactly," Wiola said. "I'm a girl and I'm his friend, but he's not really my type."

She said the last part to avoid any awkwardness for the poor kid. This whole obsession with Kyan thing wasn't good for him. So she offered that she didn't want the relationship up instead.

"I'm Viola Hastings, friedn to Ravi cousin to 'Taddy' here," she said with a grin.

[Desmond Giuseppe]

"Well, it's very nice to meet you then." said Desmond. "This Audrey and Garret." he pointed to the two behind them. "They're not a couple so don't even ask." He turned to Tad, "You didn't tell me you had family in Pittsburgh, silly pants!"

[audrey]

"From now on you tell me if you have any cute relatives! Got it, noob?" she said with a wink at Viola.

[Garrett Speelers]

"Ouch," Garett said for the offended parties. He nudged Portia. "Are you just going to take that?"

It was all in good fun of course, he knew. He grinned when they introduced three kids he's never met before. The girl was kind of cute, in a tomboyish sort of way. He made sure to make a disgusted face behidn Audrey's back as Desmond informed them he and Audrey weren't a couple.

Audrey slapped Garrett's thigh. "Oh, pish posh Portia, you know I don't mean you sweety." she gave Garrett a look. "You wouldn't score with her anyway Garrett," she whispered to him, "She's a lesbian."

[Tadhg Kelly]

"Yeah I forgot," Tad said. "It's been so long since I've been in Pittsburgh."

In regards to Audrey's comment he raised an eyebrow.

"Yeah so that's not awkward seeing as how she's my cousin."

[brooke]

Brooke cheered as the team ran on to the field, breaking through the paper banner that promised a great victory over their competition.

Brooke gathered the torn scraps of paper off the field before following the other cheerleaders into their position on the track. She was right up front, and began the first cheer without any hesitation. This was her first game as Head Cheerleader, and she was determined to prove that she was the best choice.

"We heard it through the grapevine,
that your team was mighty tough.
But when you're up against St. James,
tough is not enough!"

There was clapping involved, and the whole thing ended in a high jump, kicking her right leg up and her left leg underneath her. She really did enjoy this!

[Desmond Giuseppe]

"You think you'd have learned to tune her out by now." said Desmond.

[audrey]

"Oh! Noob, now's your chance; look up Brooke's skirt!" Audrey exlcaimed.

Portia had only been drawn into the conversation when Garrett spoke to her, but it soon became her focus as Audrey explained her orientation to him. Blushing, she slapped Audrey softly on the arm and gave her a "what in the world" sort of look. However, she couldn't help but grin; it was pretty funny. Shrugging her shoulders in apologetic indifference at Garrett, she glanced around self-consciously, checking to make sure no one heard.

It wasn't that she particularly cared what her classmates thought of her, but the last thing she needed was a rumor about her being a dyke to somehow circulate to her parents. Gossip spread like wildfire in a super religious school like St. James.

Tad rolled his eyes at Audrey, but a part of him felt tempted to try. No, reist the urge damnit. Think with your brain not your cock.

"I asked her to out to dinner tomorrow, you know," he told the two.

[brooke]

Brooke made eye contact with Tadhg as she looked up into the stands. It was easy to pay him some attention while it looked like she was just looking up at the stands. She smiled, glad that she was wearing blush; it covered up her real blush as she realized that she'd only shown Tad the comic-book loving, impromptu Brooke. He had yet to see her popular, cheerleader side until just then.

Clapping her pom poms together, she flashed Tadhg another dazzling smile, noticing that he was up in the stands with a group of friends. She was glad to see that he had already made so many new friends, and wished that she could be up there hanging out with them instead of down here. But, she had a job to do.

Shila was late for the football game but didn't really care much; she just really had nothing better to do. She was walking down the steps when she spotted Garrett coming up on her left. He was surrounded by people so Shila didn't think she could attempt any sort of conversation. "Hi, Garrett." she said, blushing as she walked by. She took a seat on the end of one of the benches by herself she had just moved there so she hadn't really made any friends yet so there was no one to sit with really.

"Man, why is it always the good looking ones?" he said to Portia with a good-natured wink.

HE saw that girl from earlier walk by she said hi to him, so he waved back.

"Hey," he said simply.

[audrey]

"Don't worry Portia! I whispered it and it's impossible to hear anything with the chanting and cheering going on here." said Audrey. Then a girl walked by and said hi to Garrett. "OooOOOooOoo, somebody likes you! And she's not in the flute section! Go figure!" Then Tad said he asked out Brooke to dinner. "Wait, hold up, boy." said Audrey immediately turned her attention to Tad. "You did what now? When?"

Lena watch Brooke thoughout the cheer and when they were done she went over to her with her arms crossed. "You were having cheer sex with him!" she said jerking her head up at Tad.

[Desmond Giuseppe]

Desmond decided this was the part of the conversation where he let Audrey take over. He instead turned his attention to Garrett and Portia. "So, Garrett, rooting for your dear cousin?" he asked sarcastically.

"Wednesday, that day we skipped," he said with a grin.

He had been glancing down at Brooke and the other cheerleaders and had noticed her smiilng up. At first he glanced around to see if maybe she was looking at someone else, but no she was deffinitely smiling up at him. He gave a small, but adorable grin as he realized it. Maybe he'd ask her out during half tiem. Right now he felt like he could do anything really.

He shook his head slightly as eh turned back to explain to Adrey, Viola, and Desmond and well techniacally everyone involved in the conversation what went on.

We skipped so she could cut her hair, and then grabebd some lunch at the mall, and I asked her out to dinner tomorrow," he said with a grin.

[Garrett Speelers]

"She does not have a crush on me," Garrett insisted. "If by rooting for him you mean I hope that linebacker knocks him on his ass and he loses the game, then that's a safe and deffiniite yes."

[audrey]

"Umm so yeah, why the fuck didn't you call me on Wednesday night and tell be douche face?" said Audrey as if it was the most obvious thing in the world,. "I thought we were friends, bro. Not cool, man not cool. See these are the types of thing you need to tell me about right away."

[vinnie]

Vinnie was up in the trumpet section doing his thing when he saw the girl he had met from Starbucks the other day, Viola. He didn't expect to see her there seeing as she went to GW, but she seemed to know his friends Desmond, Garrett, and Audrey. He abandon his section which he didn't feel bad about doing because he was a senior and went down to see Viola.

"Hello, fancy seeing you here." he said.

[audrey]

"She does to." said Audrey momentairly turning her attention back to Garrett, "I'm a girl, I know these things now shut up and take it like a man." she turned back to Tad.

[Desmond Giuseppe]

"Yeah, me too." said Desmond, he really did hate that fucking Blane prick. "P-p-p-portia!" he sang to her, leaning over and putting his head on her leg, "How are you my sweet?"

[Ravi Malone]

In the moments that no one was paying attention to Ravi he took the time to think about Kyan and how hot he was. Sigh.
